Common Planning time that addresses AD protocols TIPS, Give-One Get-One, and SGI.

Teachers will plan for the second PDSA cycle concerning academic discourse by collaboratively creating a common lesson that will be delivered on Wednesday 12-10-25, Thursday 12-11-25, and Friday 12-13-25 that will be observed by peer collaborators. Our aim is to foster professional growth and share best practices within the Fulton community. This PDSA cycle provides a platform for teachers to work together on developing innovative textbook based academic discourse lesson plans that specifically address TIPS, Give-One Get-One, and SGI and receive constructive feedback through peer observation and reflection. Benefits for this professional development include sharpening communication and presentation skills by structuring and delivering engaging lessons that include AD and SGI.
